2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you represent that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

4. Registration and Enrollment

4.1 Registration Process

To participate in our seminars, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate contact and professional information. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

4.2 Registration Requirements

  • Participants must be 18 years or older
  • All registration information must be accurate and complete
  • Professional email addresses are required for business participants
  • Participants agree to receive seminar-related communications

4.3 Class Capacity

Seminars have limited capacity to ensure quality instruction. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All seminar fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of training materials and resources. Prices are subject to change without notice for future seminars.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or company purchase order. Full payment is required before seminar commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

5.3 Invoicing

Official invoices will be provided upon registration. For corporate registrations, invoices can be issued to the organization as requested.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the seminar: Full refund minus administrative fee of RM 200
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before the seminar: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the seminar: No refund
  • Substitutions are permitted at no additional charge with advance notice

6.2 Foliora Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule seminars due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive full refunds or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate constructively
  • Respect other participants and instructors
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and case studies
  • Not record audio, video, or photographs without permission
  • Use seminar materials for personal or organizational development only
  • Provide constructive feedback to help improve our programs

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Foliora's Intellectual Property

All seminar materials, frameworks, templates, presentations, and other content provided by Foliora are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are licensed to participants for personal or organizational use but may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial training purposes without written permission.

8.2 License Grant

Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use seminar materials within their organization. This license does not permit external distribution or use in competing training programs.

8.3 Participant Contributions

By sharing examples or case studies during seminars, you grant Foliora permission to use anonymized versions of this content for educational purposes in future programs.

9. Certificates of Completion

Participants who attend the full seminar duration will receive a Certificate of Completion. Certificates are awarded based on attendance and participation, not on assessment or evaluation. Lost certificates can be replaced for an administrative fee of RM 100.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 Educational Purpose

Our seminars are designed for professional development and skill enhancement. While we provide frameworks and techniques based on industry experience, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from implementing what is taught.

10.2 Professional Advice

Content provided in our seminars is educational in nature and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice for specific situations. Participants should consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.

10.3 No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Foliora's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the participant for the specific seminar in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foliora, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of our services or materials.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

14. Force Majeure

Foliora shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foliora regarding use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
